Over the moon

My car was brought into Arnold's by my Dad last october for an MOT so much was found to be wrong. Unfortunately one thing after another was wrong and the bill just kept going up. so much so I wasn't sure whether to get the car back or just tell them to keep it. Even the mechanics were even scratching their heads,but they didn't give up and although they had to keep my car for a couple of months, and then again for another week or so..They never gave up and I got my car back just after xmas,2021. And the price was so much less than we expected. I was so over them moon and have not had an issue since. I honestly couldn't recommend Arnold's enough. I know as a young woman, I can take my car there and the job will be done no matter how long it takes and the price will be reasonable although when I do go back the mechanics may run a mile.

Ive never come accross a garage of more helpful proprietors in my long life. Bought a cheap Astra auto estate run around third car for rubbish and Dogs etc. One week later Auto gearbox is dead. Obviously got done by sellers. After extensive trial and error it was deemed that the gearbox was the issue and not relays etc. I agreed to a very reasonable quote for a reconditioned new auto box inc. fitting. Job done and car used for four months until the box died again. I gave them as much time as needed and they tried everything to resolve issue with some success until they proved by trial that it was not reliable.
Here is the IMPORTANT bit. They supplied and fitted another reconditioned box and it runs perfectly AT NO CHARGE.
Even if they got a deal from the original supplier, as it was out of three month warranty, they did not charge for labour and renewals, oil etc.
You could not find a better run garage of honest respectable people.
PS they service my Jag and Volvo and MOT's at very reasonable prices, always looking to protect client

Recommend 100%

Lovely service and they always get the job done super quick - they were very accommodating when I didn’t have a lift to pick up my car and drove over to mine to drop it off. They always try fit me in an appointment when it’s last minute and urgent and when my window screen wiper suddenly broke, I was driving past and they fixed it for free in 5 minutes. Recommend 100% this family run business ✨

Excellent service

Our old Hyundai has done over 200,000 miles and had gradually developed a terrible noise when driving over 20 mph.
Took it into Arnolds first thing in the morning, they diagnosed the problem and ordered the part within a couple of hours and the car was ready to collect by 3pm.

I cannot thank the staff here enough.

Got my first car from here a week ago, less than a week later I picked it up after it having all work completed to a high standard. So when I picked it up it was fantastic. Got it home a light came on the dash board. I called the garage straight away and they said bring it back and we will sort it. Which they did. Absolutely lovely, friendly staff. Have no faults at all and will definitely be using again!

Cannot praise them enough

I had my car serviced at Arnolds on Monday - I cannot praise them enough, & highly recommend them.
They detected a big problem with my car that I'm sure my previous garage missed. Then went out of their way to get it repaired the same day for me by getting the part required from a garage over 1/2 hour away.
And as a bonus, the staff are extremely friendly. I will always be using Arnolds from now on - top notch company!

Extremely brilliant and out of this world

Arnold's Garage Haslemere, are just extremely brilliant and out of this world, they have the best top notch first class customer service and seem to always go an extra mile in fixing me and my girlfriend's Citroen C3. They are just a fantastic garage and we greatly recommend them to everyone out there.

A fantastic local garage

Arnold's is a fantastic family run garage who provide an excellent personal service. The personal service even extends to the team opening the garage on a Sunday (Fathers Day) and fixing our sons car so that he could drive home to the Midlands.
